1. About these terms

These terms and conditions govern the marquee, tent and event equipment hire services provided by Marquee Hire Dubai across the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. By requesting a quotation or confirming a booking with us, you agree to the terms set out on this page.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your event is the one in effect on the date your booking is confirmed.

2. Quotations and bookings

All quotations are prepared on the basis of the details you provide, including guest count, venue, date and the structures and add-ons required. A quotation is an estimate and is not a confirmed booking until we receive your written acceptance and any deposit due.

Prices are quoted in United Arab Emirates dirhams and, where applicable, state VAT separately. A quotation is valid for the period noted on the document. Availability of a specific date, structure or item is confirmed only once your booking is accepted by us.

3. Payment terms

A deposit is required to secure your date and reserve the equipment. The balance is due before installation unless we agree otherwise in writing. We will set out the deposit amount and payment schedule in your booking confirmation.

Where an event requires additional works, extended hire or items added after the booking is confirmed, these are quoted and invoiced separately and are payable on the agreed terms.

4. Site access and suitability

You are responsible for ensuring safe and timely access to the venue for delivery, installation and removal, and for confirming that we are permitted to install at the site. Where a venue, community or authority requires permits or approvals, obtaining these remains your responsibility unless we agree otherwise.

We carry out a site survey where possible to confirm ground conditions, access and the correct structure. You agree to inform us of any underground services, restrictions or hazards at the venue before installation.

5. Changes and cancellations

If you need to change the date, size or scope of your booking, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate the change, subject to availability. Changes may affect the price.

Cancellation terms, including any deposit that is non-refundable, are set out in your booking confirmation. Because dates and equipment are reserved for you, cancellations close to the event date may attract charges that reflect the commitment already made.

6. Use and care of equipment

The marquees, tents and equipment remain the property of Marquee Hire Dubai at all times. You agree to use them only for their intended purpose and to take reasonable care of them during the hire period.

You are responsible for loss of, or damage to, the equipment during the hire that is beyond fair wear and tear, other than damage caused by our own installation or fault. We will discuss any such charges with you and provide a clear breakdown.

7. Weather and safety

Our structures are engineered for the Dubai climate and installed to appropriate standards. In the interest of guest safety, we may advise adjustments to a setup, or take protective action, in the event of extreme weather. Guest and public safety always takes priority.

8. Liability

We take great care in the design, installation and removal of every event. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided for your event. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under the applicable law of the United Arab Emirates.

9. Contact and governing law
